Nashville, TN Davis-Kidd is proud to host a discussion and signing of Will the Circle Be Unbroken: Country Music in America at Davis-Kidd Booksellers on Thursday, January 18, at 6:00 p.m. Included in the event are editors Paul Kingsbury and Alanna Nash, US pictures editor F. Lynne Bachleda, Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum Senior Director for Museum Programs Jay Orr and cover design and chapter artwork artist Jim Sherraden of Hatch Show Print. Will the Circle Be Unbroken is a treasure trove of Americana. It features hundreds of images that chart the history and development of the music, from its genesis in folk traditions, through the emergence of recordings and radio, and continuing with the formation of the Nashville and Bakersfield scenes and up to the present with modern country music.
